Yes we do! And if you need a baby seat transferred to the courtesy car, we will do that for you also. (Conditions Apply)
We have an extensive quality insurance control program in place which follows the vehicle all the way through the repair process, finishing with a general clean and approval by our Work Shop Manager before the vehicle is picked up by the owner.
All vehicles are stored and locked up, under cover, in our three Factories which are monitored by a professional security company and alarm system.
We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all repairs done by us. We really want to make sure you and your family feel safe and stress-free when you get your car back.
The time factor for repairs depends on authority being received by your Insurance Company after we submit photos and assessment within 24hrs of assessing your vehicle.
We will then book you in at your convenience and advise how long the vehicle will be off the road.
If you have an excess or private repairs to be paid we will accept.
EFT/Credit Card/ or cash.
We do not accept personal cheques.
Somerville & District Panels employs a full time detailer on site, so once we’ve finished fixing your car, it will get a general clean. Full detail and clean is available (please contact us for a quotation)
If you have an accident you will need to ring Towing Allocation if the car is not driveable, 24hr @ 131176
If driveable, you can bring the vehicle to our repair shop.
We will tow any vehicle out of any tow yard to our premise if you want it to come to our repair shop.
Phone or email us to book your car in for a FREE assessment, We will do this while you wait and it will take approximately 15 minutes to take photos and take notes of the damage, to complete a comprehensive quotation to submit to your Insurance Company.
You will need your Claim Number for this to be done.
